This section forms part of the pre-application planning process and is your opportunity to find out more about our vision for the development of Princes House.

Garroch Investments Limited are preparing an application for Detailed Planning to transform Princes House into a best in class office development. An application for Conservation Area Consent will also be submitted in relation to the proposed demolition of the existing building. A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to Glasgow City Council on 29th June 2021 (Ref: 21/02122/PAN).
